I have always thought about running the marathon, but decided that if I am ever going to do it - this was the year and I was going to run it for Jimmy!

It saddens me that Jimmy was never given the chance to accomplish his goal of running the NYC marathon, but I know that he will be there in spirit every step of the way as his friends and family run in his honor. We will need his help to cross that finish line, and we need your help to raise money for the wonderful cause we are running to support.

Lead The Way Fund, Inc., which was started to honor Jimmy's memory and continue his tradition of service, raises funds in support of families of U.S. Army Rangers who have died, have been disabled or who are currently serving in harm's way around the world.
